  I never usually write reviews but I am so shocked with how unprofessional this 'business' is run that I will share my experience! I enquired after most of the villas as we had just been let down on a friends villa in Almunecar and we had plans to visit at the end of September After I enquired about the villas by the enquiry form which comes up at the side of each one on their webpage, I then received an email back stating 'please STOP emailing, I can help you no more'! Obviously I was quite shocked and I replied suggesting that they remove the enquiry box from every villa as I was under the impression that each enquiry goes to the owners as with most other sites. I then received an email back with a picture of '(smiley face!) please go and waste someone else's time by telling them how to run their business'! I actually find this quite comical really and their work environment must be like something out of the Office! I think this is the worst customer service I have ever come across in my life and such a shame for anyone looking for rentals on that beautiful coast line. Fortunately we have something very nice lined up now - No thanks to Rentals4u
