  Johanna is hands-down the best estate agent in the area. She won't sell you something you'll regret. Prompt and efficient, but with humour and personal touch. She knows the area really well, and will make an effort to get you something, even if she doesn't have what you are looking for listed. We first did business in 2001 and she recently found me another excellent property. Have no hesitation is recommending Johanna and her team.

Palm Springs always points out not only the good side of house but give a nice split of the red flags (if any) and the relative matters at hand. Even if it takes her 6 years she will find the house for you. Good Spanish, Dutch, German and English spoken. She refers to trustable advisors as lawyers, banks, tax advisors and handy men. The long history proofs that indeed quality proofs itself. Being an insider in town she know often of immovables even before they are on the market.
